Supplier Quality Engineer (Electrical and Mechanical) .


Overview
As a Supplier Engineer, you will drive manufacturing excellence by managing supplier operations, resolving production challenges, and ensuring robust process controls throughout the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities
Support supplier issue resolution by driving corrective actions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Develop and implement supplier improvement plans to address root causes and improve performance.


Document key learnings as Best Known Methods (BKMs) to promote knowledge sharing and standardization.


Assist in supplier technical audits, evaluate capabilities, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Must-Have Skills
Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 4-5 years experience in Supplier Development / Quality roles.


Total experience of 8-14 years.


Understanding of Mechanical Parts & Assemblies, ability to interpret drawings.


Knowledge of manufacturing processes and dependencies.


Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies like 8D, CAPA.


Experience with vacuum components is an advantage.


Strong written and oral communication skills.


Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
