Job Title: Support Network Coordinator
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programme Executive to join our team.
As a key member of the Caregiver Support Network (CSN) team, you will be responsible for coordinating core activities and projects that support caregivers in Marine Parade.
Main Responsibilities:
- Programme Coordination: Ensure the smooth execution of programmes from end-to-end, including coordination, administration, volunteer management, and beneficiary support.
- Volunteer Management: Lead the management and support logistics for CSN activities, caseload, and other matters.
- Caregiver Clubhouse Operations: Maintain the operations of the Caregiver Clubhouse, including receptionist duties, walk-in support, inventory, and equipment management.
Candidate Expectations:
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of ownership and attentiveness to stakeholders' needs.
They will also possess excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in programme coordination, preferably in non-profit or social services sectors.
- A Diploma or degree in relevant fields such as social work, psychology, or community services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technologies.
