Job description

Job Title: Property Operations Support Officer

At our organization, we are seeking a detail-oriented Property Operations Support Officer to ensure the smooth coordination of daily operational activities.

This is a hands-on support role suited for someone who is proactive and committed to delivering service excellence.

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Operations team by coordinating interdepartmental communication to facilitate timely completion of service requests and maintenance tasks.

  • Track and follow up on guest requests and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Coordination:
    • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations by providing administrative support to the Operations team.

    • Coordinate interdepartmental communication to facilitate timely completion of service requests and maintenance tasks.

    • Assist in tracking and following up on guest requests and feedback.

  • Administrative Support:
    • Prepare operational reports, staff duty rosters, logs, checklists, and internal documents.

    • Assist with data reconciliation, data entry, filing, and documentation related to departmental performance and guest services.

    • Maintain inventory records and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

  • Guest Service Support:
    • Provide on-ground support for F&B operations and VIP arrivals.

    • Handle basic guest inquiries or complaints professionally.

    • Assist with quality checks on rooms and facilities.

  • System & Reporting:
    • Use the Property Management System (e.g., Opera) to retrieve or input relevant guest and operational data.

    • Generate reports to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Hospitality or Business Administration.

    • 3-4 years of experience in hospitality, operations, or administrative support roles.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.

    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
