The Client Service Unit's Support Staff will serve as an integral front-facing ambassador between members of the public and SINDA in addressing their queries, attending to needs and always ready to go the extra mile.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring a Positive Client Experience
- Assisting with the management of day-to-day client service operations across all modes – calls, chatbot, and emails.
- Attending to walk-in clients in a positive, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and complete information on SINDA's programmes, services and events.
- Ensuring that the front desk is well-maintained for operations.
- Routing clients to appropriate departments for appointments and follow-ups.
- Respond to client service issues and follow-ups to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
SINDA Fund Administration
- Assist in the smooth administration of SINDA Fund contributions.
- Engage with applicants and related stakeholders on SINDA Fund matters.
- Ensure that applications are processed on time.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience
- Experience in drafting and reviewing HR Policies, SOPs, Handbooks, or other related documentation
- Experience in the public/social service sector would be an added advantage
- Able to work during assigned weekends to support SINDA's events (compensated with time off)
Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Ensure that all client service activities are recorded on relevant systems, accurately and within stipulated guidelines.
- Ensure full accuracy and completeness of data.

- To undertake any other duties, as assigned by RO/HOD.
