Responsibilities
- Handle installation, calibration, and maintenance of audio-related equipment.
- Provide local and overseas on-site support services for systems testing and commissioning.
- Investigate and diagnose hardware/software problems or failures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and problems.
- Assist in the design and development of audio-related devices.
- Conduct training for customers.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- ITE / Diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge and a passion for audio products.
- Ability to travel overseas for assignments and training.
- Hands-on, independent, dynamic, and proactive team player.
- Knowledge/experience with AutoCAD, Visio, Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
