Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks.
We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions.
In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank.
To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Job Purpose
As part of second line of defence, this role oversees and ensures that liquidity risks are effectively identified, assessed and mitigated across the region.
This encompasses policy development, monitoring compliance with regulatory liquidity standards, conducting stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate potential liquidity challenges.

Requirements
Degree holder with a minimum 10 years of working experience, of which, at least 5 years of relevant experience in liquidity risk / treasury role in a bank
Good understanding on market developments and implications on liquidity risk management, such as 2023 US Banking Crisis
Practical experience in data and system enhancements / implementation
Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting risk assessments and managing discussions with senior management and key stakeholders
Good team player, result-oriented with strong sense of ownership
