Job Position Title: System Administrator – ITSM

Company: CLPS Global or RiDiK Pte Ltd

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Skills: ITSM platform management (Jira/ServiceNow), Business analysis, Process improvement, System configuration, Technical documentation, SQL, API integration, ITIL framework

Job Summary

We’re looking for a System Administrator – ITSM to support our team in Singapore .

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis (40%)

  • Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder interviews
  • Map user journeys and identify pain points
  • Create functional specifications and process documentation
  • Develop and execute test scenarios
  • Monitor implementation and provide status updates

Technical Documentation (40%)

  • Maintain system and workflow documentation, update knowledge base
  • Create user guides and SOPs
  • Document requirements and specifications

ITSM Platform Management (20%)

  • Configure and customize ITSM platform
  • Manage service catalogues and automation rules
  • Create dashboards and performance reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis and Systems Administration
  • Strong experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) in admin/support capacity
  • Government sector experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework, SQL, APIs, and process automation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation, Jira/ServiceNow Administrator
