System Analyst, Agility (Development)
Job Purpose
The System Analyst, Agility, is part of an in-house development team responsible for helping users solve business problems through Rapid Application Development of Digitisation Solutions.
The role involves eliciting user requirements, developing and delivering solutions that fulfill business needs using rapid application development tools adopted by the team.
Additional responsibilities include ongoing application maintenance, migration, and post go-live support.

Responsibilities
This role primarily involves in-house application development and support.
Build (In-house Development)
Understand and analyze business requirements, providing Quick Wins solutions using low-code platforms
Rapidly develop sustainable solutions
Drive user adoption of solutions and produce user training and technical documentation
Maintain and support solutions built by the team
Maintain and update relevant documents for knowledge transfer
Process and resolve incident tickets, sometimes after office hours
Periodically confirm the validity of solutions and retire or refresh as needed
Support platform migration when necessary
Qualifications & Work Experience
Relevant Degree in Information Science or Computing
At least 5 years of experience in application development using .NET, Asp.Net, C#, or low-code platforms (e.g., Nintex, Power Apps, OutSystems)
Skills
Technical skills include:
Proficiency in SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, SharePoint Online, Office365, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Nintex (Forms & Workflows)
Experience in SharePoint Migration, preferably with tools like ShareGate or AvePoint
Experience with SharePoint Management Tools such as AvePoint
Knowledge in designing and developing enterprise applications using Power Apps and DataVerse
Experience in designing Power Automate flows
Optional: Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and other REST APIs
Experience in mobile app development using OutSystems is a plus
Familiarity with Agile practices like SCRUM
Experience with PowerShell scripting is advantageous
Ability to design databases, data models, and ERDs
Experience in automation and CI/CD practices is a plus
Soft skills include:
Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation
Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
Managing user expectations and prioritizing efforts based on business value
Independent work ethic, managing timelines and producing quality deliverables
Self-motivated and eager to learn
