Lead migration project from on-premises SharePoint server to SharePoint Online.
Design and develop replacement solutions and workflows in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and/or Power Automate for existing custom modules currently hosted in the on-premises SharePoint.
Support potential system integrations between SharePoint Online and other internal or external systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Support IT project activities, such as business requirements gathering, functional workshop discussions, data migration preparation, end-user training, post-implementation support.
Ensure all solutions comply with security, data protection, and IT governance standards.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
At least 2 years’ experience in SharePoint (On-premises and SharePoint Online).
Experience in SharePoint migration from on-premises to SharePoint Online.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Visual Studio and Python is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
