Your Opportunity
As a System Analyst in the Payments domain at OCBC, you will be part of a collaborative team that builds innovative digital solutions and transforms how we deliver financial services.
You will act as a technical specialist/lead with knowledge of payment systems and open-system platforms.
What You Do
Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver projects and solutions.
Collaborate with product vendors to analyze change requests, review system design, ensure adherence to technology standards, resolve software defects, and deploy systems.
Develop programs and scripts.
Provide support to SIT and UAT, and investigate and resolve technical issues in projects.
Support system and performance management, application security vulnerability management and control, and software release management.
Plan and commission production system implementation.
Develop technical documents and other SDLC/Agile-related documents.
Who You Are
Preferably an Information Technology / Engineering / Computer Science degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system/software development, with exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong Remittance (Tandem and IBAS Platform) knowledge to design payment flows and provide solutions.
Experience with real-time local and cross-border payment schemes.
Technical knowledge in UNIX (AIX preferred), UNIX shell scripting, Oracle database, SQL, Java, XML, WebLogic, IBM MQSeries, and Cobol in HP NonStop.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible is advantageous.
Positive, hands-on attitude with resilience, adaptability, and ability to multi-task.
Self-motivated with the ability to learn and collaborate effectively.
Strong soft skills in communication, writing, and presentations.
