Solution Design & Proposal
Develop tailored CCTV solutions, including camera selection, NVRs, storage, and network architecture, to meet the specific needs of various industries.
Ensure all solutions align with industry standards and customer requirements.
Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concept (POC)
Conduct live, face to face and online demonstrations showcasing key solution features such as AI analytics and third-party analytics integration.
Prepare case studies for global knowledge sharing, highlighting both successful implementations and lessons learned from failed cases.
Technical Consultation
Provide an in-depth diagnosis and troubleshooting of the CCTV system to ensure seamless system operation.
Recommend best practices for cybersecurity, system scalability, and long-term sustainability.
Tender & Specification Support
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation for tenders and proposals.
Collaborate with partners and specifiers to include i-PRO products in project specifications (spec-in activities).
Training & Enablement
Deliver presales training to partners, distributors, and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and solution selling.
Develop a technical presentation tailored for the APAC region, ensuring relevance to local market needs and integration practices.
After-Sales Support
Deliver thorough troubleshooting of proposed CCTV solution to ensure reliable post-installation performance.
Forster strong partner relationships to ensure long-term business continuity.
Learning Platform
Work closely with the Global training team to launch, maintain, and enhance the Learning platform in APAC region.
Weekly update of Learning Platform dashboard.
Perform other duties as required by the manager to support operational needs.
