Responsibilities
• Provides in-house IT support including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the servers/storage/network devices, desktops etc.
• Administer the system backup and recovery.
• Maintain system security and compliance.
• Maintenance of Anti-Virus system.
• Configure and support network equipment.
• Provide help desk support and escalate problem identification, diagnosis and resolution with third party vendors.
• Ensure regular vulnerability assessments are performed in accordance to organization policies and practices.
• Manage and support on-going patch management processes.
Responsible for coordinating, testing, deployment and validation of security patches.
• Manage IT system infrastructure, maintain IT assets for hardware/software inventories and software licensing.
• Maintain accurate documentation on networks and systems.
• Monitor system logs and activity on all servers and devices.
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology-related studies.
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in system administrator role.
• Well-verse in Window Clients and Window Servers
• Experience in managing virtualisation technologies like VMware server/ESXi.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
