Responsibilities:
- Supporting the end-to-end implementation of technical solutions and deliver high-quality post-deployment services to enterprise and SME clients.
- Ensures that systems are deployed correctly, technical documentation is complete, and customer success is achieved through timely support, issue resolution, and proactive service management
- Execute technical implementation tasks
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Deliver post-deployment support
- Conduct proactive maintenance and health checks
- Support client training and handover
- Collaborate on cross-functional service excellence
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
- Technical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plus
- Min 1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferred
- Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial
- Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts
- Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs
- Competent in technical documentation and client communication
- Responsible and service-oriented
- Logical problem-solver
- Team player who communicates openly and follows through on tasks
