Responsibilities:
• Daily Support of business application system / CRM application.
• Liaising & Interact with business users & Vendor closely regard to application supports.
Able to make a presentation and convey system solutions to team and development team.
• Requirement Gathering, conducting requirements analysis and preparing proposals (technical specification).
• Application testing and development.
Conduct testing together with business users.
• Application Implementation and providing training to user.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with coursework in information systems or computer science preferred; or equivalent experience.
• At least two (2) years’ experience working with administrative business application systems.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Attention to details.
• Good communication skills and technical writing ability.
Business level English and Mandarin.
• Presentation skills.
• Able to work well in Team and independently.
• Experience with relational databases including SQL, .Net C# preferred, JavaScript, HTML, XML.
(with SSRS reporting and Data warehouse experiences will be advantage)
