Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Main duties:
- Provide first level of support for network, server, and security.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Provides customer relations and ensures customer satisfaction on all application support, repairs, and servicing activities.
- Conduct training to end-user and staff members.
- Project implementation of IT infrastructure or medical equipment system project in a hospital environment.
- Maintenance of relevant technical and product documentation and information.
- Provide feedback to the manager regarding product/project conditions in the field.
Pre-requisite:
- Diploma in Computer Networking / Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with 2 years' experience.
- Preferably with 1 Year(s) of working experience in Computer Networking or related field.
- Customer-oriented, effective communication, and able to work independently
