Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and integrate mechatronic systems for service robotics, AMRs, and automation within industrial and manufacturing environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative robotics solutions that improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.Develop and maintain mechanical, electrical, and software components for robotics and automation systems, ensuring seamless operation.Implement sensor fusion, control algorithms, and machine vision systems for autonomous navigation, object detection, and manipulation in robotic systems.Conduct testing, validation, and optimization of mechatronic systems in factory automation setups.Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to robotic systems, sensors, and automation processes.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in robotics and automation to continually enhance system capabilities.Ensure safety standards and compliance in the design and implementation of robotics systems within factory environments. The ideal profile should have:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in service robotics, AMR technologies, and factory automation systems.Proficiency in designing and implementing control systems, sensors, and actuators for robotics applications.Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g., PLCs, SCADA) and industrial protocols (e.g., OPC-UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).Hands-on experience with robotics platforms like ROS, ROS2, or similar frameworks.Knowledge of 3D modeling and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Matlab/Simulink).Experience in programming languages like C++, Python, or embedded systems development.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on system integration and optimization. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with machine vision systems, including OpenCV, PCL, or similar libraries.Knowledge of AI/ML for robotics applications.Familiarity with safety standards and certifications for industrial robots (e.g., ISO , ISO ).Experience in deploying robots for specific industries such as automotive, electronics, or food manufacturing.
