Job Nature
- Provide direct end-user support on PC Software & Hardware issues
- Conduct server & workstation installation and software deployment, upgrade and troubleshooting
- Conduct installation, configuration, troubleshooting of various hardware devices
- Provide support for resolving Windows operation system & applications issues.
- Provide simple hardware repairing such as hard disk replacement.
- To isolate IT related problem and escalate to the next level support when required
- Provide tasks management and escalation coordination
Requirements
- Diploma holder in IT / Engineering or higher
- Experience in PC/Server hardware installation, network and printer setup and troubleshooting
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server and workstation installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Able to provide troubleshooting of various Windows10, 11 and Microsoft 365 app issues
- Good knowledge in Active Directory, Disk Encryption, basic Server Administration and VPN
- Practical experience in IT Helpdesk environment will be an advantage
- Highly responsible, able to work independently and communicate effectively with business end-users
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills
