Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage a wide range of endpoint technologies and identity systems across the organization.
This role focuses on maintaining secure, compliant, and efficient environments for devices, user authentication, collaboration platforms, and related infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Technology & Device Management
- Lead the planning and execution of onboarding and configuration processes for employee devices such as desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
- Maintain system images aligned with internal performance and security benchmarks.
- Apply consistent policies to maintain endpoint security, including patch management and threat mitigation.
- Operate and maintain endpoint platforms for tracking inventory, providing remote support, and resolving technical issues.
- Administer software deployment and version control for applications and operating systems, ensuring alignment with licensing agreements.
- Offer front-line technical assistance to staff and coordinate user enablement through documentation and training materials.
- Track and manage hardware assets, monitoring warranty status, locations, and replacement schedules.
- Enhance system performance through regular optimization and proactive tuning strategies.
- Utilize PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and drive operational efficiency.
Identity & Access Management (Okta)
- Oversee authentication workflows with adaptive MFA and access roles, managing identity configurations, security factors, and application-level permissions.
- Apply data protection strategies to uphold security and privacy standards across all identity-related systems.
- Connect cloud and on-premises applications through modern protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and support proof-of-concept implementations.
- Deliver assistance and resolve user issues related to identity services while managing knowledge base content and internal training.
- Monitor system performance, produce usage reports, and identify risks and bottlenecks in identity platforms.
Collaboration Tools (Google Workspace & Zoom)
Google Workspace
- Administer user lifecycle processes, access rights, and group policies within the Google ecosystem.
- Configure applications like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar to support business workflows while enforcing data security policies.
- Offer support for end-user issues and deliver guidance on tool usage and features.
- Track platform performance and user adoption trends, providing insights through reports.
Zoom
- Manage Zoom configurations, user access, and meeting settings to align with organizational needs.
- Implement features for secure virtual collaboration, including encryption, meeting access rules, and webinar configurations.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues such as audio/video quality and connectivity, and integrate Zoom with other platforms.
- Train users on best practices for virtual meetings and produce help content tailored to the internal user base.
- Generate usage analytics and system health reports to support strategic planning and improvements.
