Job Responsibilities
Provide daily support for systems software, networks, servers, and end-user devices via IT Helpdesk, remote assistance, and onsite support.
Station at client sites or travel to multiple locations daily as required.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for office and store locations, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and wireless systems.
Administer and manage server infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), including AWS, DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, and domain controllers.
Deploy and manage customer server hardware, virtual machines, storage appliances, routers, firewalls, switches, and other network equipment.
Plan, lead, and execute system and network infrastructure deployment projects.
Assist in developing infrastructure designs based on technical requirements and standard IT service offerings.
Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime meets service level agreements (SLAs).
Implement proactive improvements by analyzing past incidents and identifying weaknesses in the infrastructure.
Implement and maintain network and system security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure access policies.
Apply formal change management, incident management, and problem management processes.
Maintain documentation, checklists, and regular reports for operational tasks.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience working in a Windows environment.
Microsoft-related certifications or other relevant technical qualifications will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
Independent, self-motivated, and capable of handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform under tight timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
