The System Solution Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet customer requirements, supporting the team in ensuring successful project delivery.
This role involves hands-on work in system integration, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide innovative and efficient solutions.
Job Description
1.
Solution Development
Analyze customer requirements and contribute to the design of technical solutions in collaboration with the Senior System Solution Engineer.
Assist in creating system architectures and workflows for seamless system integration.
Participate in the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution effectiveness.

System Implementation and Support
Configure, install, and test system solutions, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during and after deployment.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and user guides.

Collaboration
Assist to provide technical input during the pre-sales and implementation phases.
Engage with vendors and third-party partners to coordinate the procurement and integration of system components.
Work closely with project teams to provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues.

Learning and Development
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Actively participate in training/workshop/summit/conference.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT systems/network analysis, network engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ERP/HRMS systems.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, virtualization (VMs).
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Python) is an advantage.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft Azure Administrator, ITIL) are an advantage.
