The Successful Applicant
6+ years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the agricultural or food sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
