Responsibilities
:
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
• Assist in coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Support recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, and other key TA and OD initiatives.
• Participate in market research to identify hiring trends and best practices
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, including content creation for LinkedIn and social media
• Provide general administrative support to the TA and OD team We're looking for individuals who:
