Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced TA Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for Apache Footwear Group in Vietnam.
This role will be professional with strong talent acquisition expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage hiring processes across multiple locations.
The TA Manager will partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent, while also supporting employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
End-to-End Recruitment Management (70%)
· Manage full-cycle recruitment for group-level positions in Vietnam and potentially other regions.
· Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
· Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters.
2.
Talent Strategy & Collaboration (20%)
· Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
· Support employer branding efforts to enhance the company's attractiveness as an employer.
· Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
· Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
3.
HR Operations Support (10%)
· Assist with onboarding processes for new hires in Vietnam and other regions.
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
· Support other HR initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement or policy rollout.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or retail sectors.
· Experience managing recruitment in Vietnam; familiarity with local labor laws is essential.
· Fluent in English and Vietnamese (and/or Chinese) to support cross-regional collaboration.
· Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
· Willingness to travel within Vietnam and occasionally to other regional offices.
