TA/HR GENERALIST LEAD | CBD Area | Financial Institution | Yearly Renewable Contract Role

Your new company You'll be working with a well-established financial institution that has built a strong presence in the APAC region, with roots in America.

With a focus on delivering personalised service and nurturing long-term relationships, this bank prioritises stability and reliability in its dealings with clients and stakeholders. Your new role We are seeking an experienced TA/HRBP Generalist to work closely with the management team and key support functions, building, and maintaining a capable workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate, and hiring manager experience.
  • Advise leaders on workforce planning, approvals, and compensation matters, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with HR partners on role evaluations, market benchmarking, and compensation alignment.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure third-party providers deliver in line with agreed standards.
  • Support new hire orientations and facilitate smooth integration into the organisation.
