Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and career events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiar with online recruitment tools and social media sourcing.
