Job description

Position: Technology Recruiter (Internal TA Team)

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Salary: Up to $5,000 (depends on experience)

Duration: 6 mths contract (Renewable & Convertible)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours + Occasional Career Fairs Support on weekend (can take OIL)

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about finding the right talent.

In this role, you will focus on searching for candidates, keeping track of data, and staying in touch with potential hires.

You'll use different tools—like job portals, social media, and referrals—to find candidates of all backgrounds and skill levels.

Your responsibilities will include checking if candidates meet job requirements, speaking with them over the phone, preparing them for interviews, and helping organize the interview process.

This role is great for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:


• Focus on candidate research, pipeline generation, data management, candidate engagement.


• Utilizing all the tools available, including job platforms, search engines, external networks, social media groups, and internal referrals to find the talent of all levels, skill sets, and experience


• Assess candidate qualifications to determine viability in meeting minimum and preferred qualifications based on specific role criteria


• Conduct telephone interviews for candidates to assess their qualifications


• Prepare candidate for interviews and/or future opportunities


• Set up and manage batch interview or interview process as appropriate

Requirements:


• Confident to handle high volume of screening calls


• Passionate about sourcing


• Confidence in handling high-volume technology recruitment drives
