- Review and shortlist resumes from multiple job portals, conduct phone interviews, and share suitable candidates with hiring managers
- Actively reach out to potential candidates and engage them on career opportunities within the organization
- Plan and coordinate recruitment activities such as career fairs and talks to strengthen employer branding
- Propose and implement ideas to improve recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in HR function, preferably in organisations with high volume of recruitment
- Prior experience in education industry will have an added advantage
