We are partnering with a pioneering robotics company that is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager for their expanding team.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s recruitment strategy, building a strong pipeline of technical talent, and ensuring the right people are in place to fuel the company’s rapid growth.
You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify hiring needs, craft effective sourcing strategies, and elevate the overall talent acquisition process within a fast-paced robotics environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end recruitment strategies based on business and hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Develop, evaluate, and optimize recruitment channels to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
- Conduct job analysis and prepare talent reports to track market trends and identify future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent supply of high-caliber candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to enhance overall performance.
- Partner with leaders to understand organizational culture and team dynamics, delivering solutions that align with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within the robotics or high-tech sectors.
- Strong ability to diagnose hiring needs from both an organizational and team-building perspective.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
