We’re recruiting a TA Manager for our client ,you will joining a high-impact, purpose-driven team that’s transforming how financial ecosystems scale sustainably across borders.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders across Tech, Product, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and BD to design and execute effective hiring strategies.

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain robust pipelines for niche and leadership talent within Fintech and corporate domains.

  • Translate evolving business priorities into precise hiring needs in collaboration with functional heads.

  • Deliver data-backed talent insights and market intelligence to inform strategic workforce decisions.

  • Elevate candidate engagement and employer branding through consistent, high-touch experiences.

  • Continuously refine recruitment processes, tools, and performance metrics to support scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, ideally within Fintech, Technology, or Financial Services sectors.

  • Track record of successful multi-functional hiring across technical and business domains.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Strong judgment, commercial acumen, and ability to assess both skill and potential.

  • Highly motivated, agile, and execution-driven in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

  • Proficient in English; fluency in Mandarin or another Asian language is an advantage.
