 We are looking for dynamic and energetic Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our team with the focus of closing the manpower gaps and to drive our company forward.

Areas of ​​responsibility

The role requires close collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders to ensure talent recruitment is well planned and achieves targeted outcomes.

The objective is to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in terms of timeliness and support large volume blue collar recruitment initiatives.

  • Independently source, evaluate and experiment various recruitment methods to attract, engage and hire potential candidates
  • Collaborate closely with line managers to proactively plan, execute and deliver organizational recruitment demands with a view to meeting manpower needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, recruitment partners and institutions to continuously optimize recruitment channels
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing to employment offering
  • Develop process improvement plan and streamline workflow to reduce cost, time and increase hiring efficiency
  • Involved in the development of onboarding process of new staff including induction and settlement of new hires
