A leading eyewear and vision care company in Asia Pacific, driving innovation and supporting regional markets from its Singapore headquarters.

Job Description

  • Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing market insights and recruitment best practices.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for professional roles across all levels and functions in Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Drive internship recruitment and foster partnerships with universities and institutions in Singapore.

  • Ensure accurate data management and candidate pipeline tracking in the ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors).

  • Deliver timely hiring updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders.

  • Support regional talent acquisition initiatives
  • Partner on internal and external employer branding events and initiatives.

  • Prepare and present weekly recruitment progress updates and key performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5 years of recruitment experiences (in-house or agency) within relevant industries
  • Experience in handling full-cycle recruitment across various functions and seniority levels
  • Strong business acumens, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office and ATS (SuccessFactors)
