As a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will lead the charge in shaping our recruitment strategies for commercial roles across diverse markets.
Collaborating closely with business leaders and HR teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for commercial roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Leverage regional market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Proven experience in regional talent acquisition, with a focus on commercial roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools, including sourcing platforms, ATS, and networking strategies.
