Talent Attraction Manager (West / 1 year convertible)



Job description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager to join the team.

You will play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing recruitment events, and enhancing our recruitment processes.

Location: West
Salary: Up to $7,500 per month
Working Hours: Office Hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and shortlist resumes from various career portals; conduct phone screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

  • Proactively source and engage potential candidates for career opportunities.

  • Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as career fairs and talks to strengthen the employer brand.

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruitment workflows and processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in HR function, preferably in organisations with high volume of recruitment
  • Candidates with prior experience in Human Resource Function in education industry will have an added advantage
