We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across student programmes, visitor coordination, internal staff appointments, and recruitment processes.
This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Position: Talent Development Manager/Assistant Manager
Location: One-North
Working Days: 5 Days Work Week
Salary: Up to $7000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Student internships: Assist with the student internships processing.
Advise supervisors to seek HODs' approval for IT resources, e.g. email account, laptops etc.
- Academic visits: Administer the visiting personnel requests process end-to-end.
- Internal Admin Appointments: Assist in the renewal of admin appointments/taskforce/committees and maintain a centralised record of all internal and external appointments.
- Organization Chart and Call Tree Maintenance: Monitor staff onboarding and offboarding activities and work with DAs to ensure organization charts and call trees are up-to-date.
- Scholars Management: Assist with scholar nominations and annual return, maintain the Scholars Master List and project listing .
- Awards: Assist with calls for award nominations, and collating nominations.
Supporting email broadcasts.
- Training: Process training requests and coordinate approvals for training charges.
Assist with coordinating specific trainings, both in-house and offsite.
- Reporting: Update and share student stipend projection report with Resource Management.
Prepare the periodic update of Staff Technical Profile (Power BI).
- Support the team's transition toward digitalization and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Preferably with some years of experience in talent development.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office suite, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate; Collaboration Platforms, e.g. OneDrive, Sharepoint.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data accuracy skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
