This is a full‑time position, based in our Singapore Office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of Cyan’s Management Associate Programme, part of the Singapore Global Executive Programme in partnership with Enterprise Singapore.
Engage, develop and retain high‑potential young talents who will drive Cyan’s growth and global ambitions.
Develop and execute a comprehensive 48‑month talent roadmap, enabling the MAP cohort to access career development opportunities including cross‑functional job rotations, challenging projects, overseas assignments, structured training, and mentorship at Cyan.
Serve as a critical liaison between Enterprise Singapore’s SGEP team and Cyan, ensuring effective communication, consistent alignment of programme goals, and clear reporting of outcomes.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify, attract and recruit suitable MAP candidates, contributing to employer branding and the planning of campus recruitment events.
Onboard MAP participants, provide training, assimilate them into the Cyan culture and enable their transition from academia into the workplace.
Organise, implement and support talent engagement activities for the MAP cohort, aiming to strengthen retention and foster a high‑performance environment at Cyan.
Conduct regular check‑ins, career discussions, coaching and actionable feedback to catalyse the career progression of MAP talent at Cyan.
Provide guidance and resources to Cyan’s business leaders and line managers on best practices in performance management and mentorship of early‑career staff.
Solicit feedback and insights from stakeholders (business, HR, MAP talent, leaders) to continuously enhance the programme’s impact and business value for Cyan.
Leverage data, metrics and KPIs to rigorously monitor programme outcomes, engagement levels and ensure ongoing improvement for Cyan.
Any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Demonstrated expertise in young graduates recruitment or talent management.
Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and active listening skills.
Passion for empowering young talent and supporting their career growth within Cyan.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Track record in successfully designing and delivering talent programmes or projects.
Exposure to collaborating with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) on campus recruitment and partnership initiatives.
Self‑driven, resourceful problem solver with a strong sense of ownership.
Adaptable and comfortable managing change and tight deadlines.
