What skills do I need?
4+ years of sales experience—ideally in a tech company—as an Account Manager or in Business Development, with a strong track record of performance and a strong business network
A background in payments or financial systems is a plus
Collaborative team player with leadership skills, proven cross-functional experience
Strategic risk-taker with deep customer insight
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including C-level
Skilled negotiator and deal closer with strong presentation and listening abilities
Curious, positive, and market-savvy
Flexibility and proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Fluent in English
Availability for international travel
