Selection Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in elementary and/or secondary schools, or equivalent.
- Experience in tutorial centres for primary and secondary students.
- Evidence of students successfully passing CEQ/AEIS examinations.
- Demonstrated good presentation skills and ability to deliver lessons systematically.
- Proven track record in effective classroom management.
- Possesses a positive and patient disposition.
- Proactive in adopting student-centred instruction and delivery.
- Good communication skills and a strong team player.
- Able to adapt to different working conditions and demonstrate positive team spirit.
- Displays a positive attitude towards work and work-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lessons, tutorials, and practical classes according to the course syllabus.
- Mark and moderate coursework and assessment papers.
- Prepare examination-related reports.
- Perform invigilation duties.
- Provide supervision and consultation to students as required.
- Provide feedback to the Academic Director (or designate) on class performance.
- Perform administrative functions related to teaching subjects, as assigned by the Academic Director (or designate).
- Attend departmental meetings and other meetings organised by the Head, Person-in-Charge (PIC), Academic Director, CEO, or their designate.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Academic Director (or designate).
