Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to Banking APAC front office functions such as sector coverage and products and solutions teams located in Singapore, including travel & entertainment, event and sponsorship, expense processing, and other administrative support.
- Manage overall expense budget in Banking APAC front office teams in Singapore and coordinating with key stakeholders within Singapore functions and with relevant parties across APAC countries.
- Responsible for internal control related processes in Banking APAC front office teams in Singapore, including compliance process, internal reporting, procedures and manual maintenance in relation to front office activities.
- In charge of other administrative works in Banking APAC front office teams in Singapore including proper documentation and record keeping either physical or electronical, control supplies and facilities related to the office premise.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional administrative work or executive assistant experience in a large or international company (preferably financial industry).
- Strong inter-personal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, & a team player with strong learning ability.
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) and efficient in multi-tasking & processing administrative tasks.
