Job Responsibility:
1.
Prospect and onboard new customer relationships after comprehensive assessment.
2.
Manage existing portfolio with strong risk management.
3.
Complete KPI targets allocated by management.
4.
Be responsible and accountable for files and facility utilization including the associated risks eg.
credit, compliance, etc.
5.
Work well with team members and guide/train junior RMs.
6.
Perform duties effectively with stakeholders, identify improvements and process changes and ensure housekeeping is in order.
7.
Other jobs assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
1.
Bachelor or above degree holder from well known university.
2.
At least 10 years related working experience.
3.
Outstanding marketing, analysis and communication skills.
4.
Strong risk control and compliance awareness.
5.
Sound written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese so as to serve Chinese speaking customers and Head office.
