Role Purpose
The Yo-Chi Team Member is responsible for creating great customer experiences in the venue, with responsibilities including food preparation, maintaining food quality and presentation, providing excellent customer service, venue presentation and cleanliness.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure every customer is made to feel welcome, with genuine positive customer service
Address any customer concerns or issues with professionalism and care
Communicate effectively with other team members and leaders, escalating any matters that require support
Prepare all food products and packaging adhering to the respective operational procedures
Adhere to all Yo-Chi policies and procedures, and complete required training modules
Perform all operational duties as required by your direct leader
