We’re looking for a talented and experienced
Tech Lead
to join nas.io, a fast-growing startup empowering communities worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product, lead a strong engineering team, and work at the heart of Singapore’s vibrant startup ecosystem.
What you’ll do
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence
Drive architecture and technical decisions to ensure scalability, security, and innovation
Partner closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features
Stay hands-on with coding while guiding the team on best practices in software development
Contribute to the dynamic startup culture, where speed, ownership, and creativity are key
Requirements
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Tech Lead in a startup or fast-paced environment
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on software development experience
Strong knowledge of architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional global teams
