We are seeking a Tech Lead to guide our development team and drive our technical vision.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical depth in one or more areas: Mobile, Backend, Infra, Data, AI
• Proven Experience: You have a track record as a Tech Lead or similar role in software development teams.
  
  You've successfully led projects from conception to completion.
• Technical Expertise: You're proficient in multiple programming languages and familiar with a wide range of tech stacks.
  
  You're always learning about new technologies and best practices.
• Leadership Skills: You're a natural leader who can inspire a team, make tough decisions, and keep projects on track.
  
  You know how to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: You're a creative thinker who can solve complex technical challenges.
  
  You're not afraid to think outside the box or challenge the status quo.
• Communication Skills: You're an excellent communicator who can clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders
