Job Description
Tech Support Admin - CREQ192162 Description 1Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Authority ICT projects and operations including but not limited to finance related activities such as raising of Cash Journal, Sales Order, Invoice processing, Procurement related documents.
Support the operation of this master contract and purchase orders maintain and track contract purchase order expiry date termination).
Maintain the manpower resource requests capability training process and ensure compliance to the process.
Provide operation support for manpower resource requests, interview sessions and performance appraiser etc.
Conduct preliminary check of the documentation CVs, invoices and support documents
Review monthly progress reports and supporting documents submitted by Contractors.
Track utilisation of master contract and purchase orders and alert contract owner relevant officer.
Keep complete records of manpower resource capability training requests.
Handle security clearance for the candidates.
Past track records in administrative work, administer contract / human resource or similar job scope
