Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle for the related markets, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents to successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs;
  • Lead strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.

  • Develop effective hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.

  • Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related field;
  • 3+ years HR experience; experience working in a fast paced environment would be a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever;
  • Experience in closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
