Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Technical Administrator:
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute weekly maintenance performance reports.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by the manager.
- Ensure timely upkeep and compliance with relevant MOM certifications.
- Process spare parts requests from the maintenance team, including obtaining quotations and following procurement procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to monitor orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Receive incoming parts, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and update the inventory system accordingly.
- Coordinate issuance of parts to technicians, ensuring stock levels are properly tracked and recorded.
- Assist in conducting periodic physical inventory checks.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (both physical and digital) for work orders, equipment manuals, and warranty documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the engineer or manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC, or Diploma qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or similar technical fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.

- Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 + Incentive + Allowance + AWS + VB Months)
- Working Location: Jurong Island
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8 am to 5.45 pm (Mondays to Fridays)
