Develop the conceptual framework of construction projects and manage scheduling and coordination across multiple trades and sub-contractors.
Plan, lead, and monitor project progress, including manpower planning, construction progress tracking, master schedule preparation, and cost control.
Ensure cost management within approved budgets by controlling materials, manpower, and machinery expenses for ongoing and new projects.
Address delays or emergencies at construction sites by issuing timely instructions and maintaining effective project standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and authorities, to resolve site issues, ensure compliance, and achieve smooth project completion.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in the
Construction industry (Building/Factory/Structure/Finishing).
Able to work
weekends, night shift and PH
when needed.
