THE ROLE
Be embedded within the Design Department as a key liaison between R&D designers and international clients.
Translate engineers’ preliminary sketches into precise CAD layouts, refine Bills of Materials, and handle routine technical inquiries from global customers with clarity and professionalism, all while maintaining meticulous project documentation and organized records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CAD Support & Light Drafting
Create and maintain CAD library components by including motors, flanges, and sensors in accordance with corporate design standards.
Conduct basic plot tests and provide hands‐on support to R&D designers during prototype and layout development.
Technical‐documentation librarian
Archive all drawings, specifications, and meeting minutes using standardized filenames and revision tags, ensuring any engineer can retrieve the latest version within 30 seconds.
Meeting & review orchestrator
Coordinate end‐to‐end meeting operations which includes reserving appropriate rooms, issuing calendar invitations, and distributing bilingual agendas at least 24 hours in advance.
Capture and publish same‐day minutes.
Convert all action items into Jira tickets with explicit owners and due dates; and drive follow‐through to Closed before the next sprint.
Live‐in Language Coach
Engage actively across the workplace such as join informal coffee chats and project discussions to promote a dynamic English‐speaking environment.
Encourage colleagues to communicate with confidence by transforming “I’m afraid to speak” into “Let me try,” providing constructive, real‐time feedback and recognizing every small achievement along the way.
ABOUT YOU
Native‐level English proficiency with an engaging, approachable, and coaching‐oriented personality.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Relevant work experience in a related field will be considered an advantage.
Genuinely curious about Chinese culture and enthusiastic about sharing your own in an open, respectful manner.
