Your Role
As a Technical Client Services Manager, you'll be part of a global team, providing exceptional support to our customers throughout their journey with 360T, one of the leading Foreign Exchange platforms worldwide.
You'll tackle a diverse range of tasks in a stimulating SaaS environment, serve as the primary contact for our clients, and enjoy significant growth opportunities.
This role includes weekend availability, offering flexibility and variety in your work schedule.
As 360T operates a 24/7 global support model, including weekends, this role requires a flexible mindset and occasional weekend availability to ensure seamless client coverage and continuity across time zones in a true follow-the-sun approach.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding service to both new and existing customersCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client intermediariesAddress and resolve technical issues or business workflow challenges during initial client interactionsAssist clients in diagnosing hardware infrastructure problemsIdentify software issues and collaborate with internal teams to find solutionsEfficiently manage the escalation process for unresolved incidentsInvestigate and resolve trading issuesConduct regression testing across our platform's full range of products and featuresSupport account managers and clients during “go live” phases, resolving connectivity and technical issues with our Java-based client softwareKeep your knowledge of company products and services up-to-date and share it with clients Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in a related field, university degree, or equivalent; computing-based disciplines preferred, but other degrees considered based on experienceUnderstanding of fundamental IT concepts: Java, TCP/IP, MacOs, Windows, web technology, log file analysis, performance/connectivity troubleshootingExperience in client services, middle office, or back office within a global markets sales & trading division, FX, or treasury environmentExceptional customer service skills, detail-oriented, and service-focusedExcellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlinesAbility to communicate technical/product information to non-technical audiencesSelf-motivated with a proactive work ethic and consistently high outputHigh proficiency in spoken and written EnglishCollaborate closely with global client service teams to ensure consistent, 24/7 support as part of our follow-the-sun coverage model, including weekend shifts.
