Job Description:
• Provide technical consultancy and support to internal sales teams, partners, and customers for networking solutions.
• Engage in presales activities including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation planning, testing, and deployment.
• Act as an on-site subject matter expert, addressing and resolving customers' technical requirements effectively.
• Handle technical operations such as incident response, issue escalation, and routine maintenance with a high level of professionalism.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes during both on-site engagements and post-deployment phases, in alignment with project scope and objectives.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields; relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
• CCNA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in resolving network-related/Cyber incidents.
• Hands-on expertise with switching, routing, and Cyber-infra technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Passionate in latest Cyber trends and willingness to learn new technologies with a can do attitude.
