You will:
Contribute to content development for key product lines and solutions.
Apply AI-assisted authoring, prompt engineering, and automation.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define content needs.
Contribute to innovation projects (AI, chatbots, interactive tutorials, video-based learning).

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
3–7 years in technical structured authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown) and modern information development such as: media, APIs, and UX writing
Strong grasp of development workflows such as Agile/Agile team experience
Experience contributing to strategic, innovative, and/or transformative projects.
Experience in conversational AI, interactive tutorials, and AI-powered content workflows.
Familiarity with analytics dashboards to track content quality and engagement.
Basic scripting (Power Automate, Python, JavaScript) to automate documentation tasks.
